Adviser and curator.
Guatephoto Festival, 2015. International Photography festival in Guatemala City.
Marta Soul curated the individual exhibition Diente de Chucho (Mutt’s tusk), by the Argentine artist Juan Diego Valera. She also curated Huéspedes del Presente (Hosts of the Present Time), a group exhibition shown at the Spanish Culture Centre in Guatemala. Marta Soul also organised the group of projections Futuro Continuo (Continuous Future), a parallel activity within the same art centre.

Transvisiones_Alcobendas 2015 Artist in Residence Programme.
A one year long international programme, funded by Alcobendas city council in collaboration with Alcobendas Art Centre and institutions based on Miami (USA), Peru and Mexico. Final exhibition at Alcobendas Art Centre. The programme sent three Spanish artists to different destinations in America and brought three artists to Spain.

Programme funded by Madrid city council for CentroCentro Cibeles Art Centre, in collaboration with institutions based on Brazil, Guatemala, Mexico and Peru.
Curatorial work associated with five group exhibitions and four artist in residence stays in Madrid.

Lugares de Tránsito/Artist in Residence Programme.
Three year long programme funded by the Spanish Ministry of Culture and AECID.
A large international programme, involving six Spanish artists, working in collaboration with six peer colleagues in different destinations in America: Bogotá, Havana, Maracaibo, Miami, Panama City and Santo Domingo.
The final exhibition including the artworks produced by all 12 artists was presented at Espacio Tabacalera Promoción del Arte, Madrid (Spain).

2005 -2014
Marta Soul was a founding member of NOPHOTO in 2005, an agency/collective incorporating thirteen more photographers. Based in Madrid, and later also in Wuhan (China), Nophoto runs different creation projects in relation with photography, always resulting from collaborative reflection as well as the interaction of converging artistic processes. NOPHOTO has also organised and curated a number of exhibitions shown in a range of European, Asian and Latin American cities. It has received grants and awards from Spanish funds like La Caixa Foundation or VEGAP.
