Workshops Como ser Fotógrafa 2019

The workshop “How to be a woman photographer and not to die in the attempt” explores different biographies of female photographers from the 20th century, rarely found in the art history books.

This project aims at building new interpretations of the current photographic image, stemming from the work of female authors that have not achieved international recognition because of her gender.

The workshops was led by Marta Soul in collaboration with the Spanish Cultural Centre in Lima (Peru), as well as at two more art centres in Argentina: FOLA (Fototeca Lationamerican) and at the Spanish Cultural Centre in Buenos Aires.
